Study the physicochemical characteristics, focusing on bioactive compounds such as carotenoids and polyphenols present in the fruit Anisophyllea boehmii Engl. harvested in 3 regions of Angola: Malanje (AbM), Huambo (AbHb) and Huíla (AbHa).
