Abstract
We give an application of the theory of periods to the determination of modular forms by values of some of their $L$ functions. On pr\'{e}sente une application de la th\'{e}orie des p\'{e}riodes \`{a} la d\'{e}termination des formes modulaires par les valeurs de certaines de leurs fonctions $L$.
