We extend the study [8] concerning the dynamic response of a thin linearly elastic plate in bilateral contact with a rigid body along a part of its lateral boundary with Norton or Tresca friction to the case of a viscoelastic of non linear Kelvin-Voigt type plate by still using the Trotter theory of convergence of semi-groups of operators acting on variable spaces [9, 15]. The limit system of equations has the same form as the original one but with the appearance of an additional state variable.
