Abstract
In this short reflection paper, a possible pathway towards sustainable food systems is proposed. This concerns the establishment of an inclusive Partnership, including a center on complex food systems. This Partnership orchestrates joint actions of public, private, academic, philanthropic, and civil society actors in and between diverse food systems. The different kinds of interactions between actors are to be fine-tuned such that their outcomes sustainably balance between our planetary and societal limits.
