Résumé
Dejours’ theory of sublimation is built on the impossibility of dealing with the question of work only from the viewpoint of freudian theory. From freudian theory’s impasses, psychodynamics of work, and mainly Christophe Dejours, built an original theory, which deviates significantly from Freud. This article proposes to return to these differences and to the different points of discussion between Freudian theory and Dejourian theory of sublimation through, first of all, a brief review of the theory of sublimation in psychodynamics of work, then a point-by-point recovery of the differences and discussions between the two theories.
