Abstract
On the scale of France, one notes a strong decline of certain species of birds of agricultural landscapes. These tendencies seem to be explained on the one hand by the intensification of the agricultural landscapes but also by the global warming. On the basis of this report on broad scale, we seek to see what it is at the local level. For that we worked with data of abundances of 45 species of birds collected in the Coteaux de Gascogne at 25 years of variation, in 1982 and 2007. Initially, we sought to see which the tendencies of the species are over 25 years in the Coteaux. Then we tried to find potential relationships between these tendencies and the features of life. Lastly, we tried to explain these tendencies by the landscape changes. The results show that am ong 26 species with a significant tendency, 17 are declining whereas 9 increase. These tendencies at local level are not in agreement with the national results. The pledged species with the agricultural habitats seem to be those which decrease more, whereas the forest species remain stable. The global warming which took place in the Coteaux de Gascogne appears to also explain a share of the tendencies, the species of the freshest medium being those which decline more. We did not find an effect convincing of the impact of the landscape changes on the evolution of the avifauna.
