Abstract
This research report presents a specific study carried out as part of the ANR RENOIR-IUT project among pedagogical engineers and advisors working in IUTs, focusing on their work with and on resources. After inter-judge coding, four interviews, out of the 12 conducted, are analyzed according to a qualitative analysis composed of two successive treatments: a thematic analysis followed by an analysis through analytical questioning. Pedagogical engineers and advisors are involved in a wide variety of activities. They design, co-design and distribute resources. A great deal of work goes into developing their networks and partnerships, both within and outside the place they work. Collective and individual support for teachers covers both technical and pedagogical aspects. Finally, the reform of the BUT has helped to strengthen their position as a key player in pedagogical support.
