Abstract
The present disclosure relates to the field of urine elimination devices which attach to the penis of a patient, in particular suffering from urinary incontinence, without adhesive or medical glue. This device comprises a balanic sheath and a fixation system (100), wherein the balanic sheath comprises a proximal part, the proximal part of the balanic sheath having a frustoconical interior surface and an exterior surface each comprising a distal end of small diameter (Dd) and a large diameter proximal end (Dp), where the securing system (100) is configured to hold the foreskin unrolled on the outer surface of the proximal portion, the balanic sheath comprising a distal portion extending the proximal portion with an outer surface having a protrusion (B) so that the unrolled foreskin is held by the fixing system (100) between the proximal part and the distal part.
