Abstract
When Einstein stated that matter equals energy it was certainly a game changing breakthrough for science. But this is only half the story. It requires many physical laws to keep the electromagnetic energy bundled to form a subatomic particle, which in turn binds with other subatomic particles to form an atom. All these physical laws necessary to form an atom, can be defined as intelligence components, which are just as important for the formation of an atom as the captured energy itself. So it is more correct to state that matter equals energy plus intelligence. And this is what is being discuss in this article.
