Abstract
In the paper « Modelling the properties of liquid foods for use of process flowsheeting simulators: Application to milk concentration», milk properties models are added to the Aspen Plus (Aspen Technology, Inc., Burlington, United States) simulation software, so as to perform process simulations for the concentration of milk. The precise method used to add these models to Aspen Plus is not given in the paper, hence this complementary information.
