Abstract
As part of the questioning on the characterization of applied ethics, we put the Cordée de la réussite SOAN success to the test. This group aims to raise awareness among learners, from middle school to university, of digital professions and its gendered aspects. We are particularly trying to understand how the construction of gender representations within a training context such as the cordée de la réussite SOAN does not always seem to contribute to the construction of communication ethics. To do this, we draw on our results of research carried out with the cordées de la réussite SOAN learners. These results lead us to question the choice of actions and activities proposed with the group but also its organization as a system.
