Résumé
(Z)- and (E)-1,3-Octadiene were detected in the aroma of 17 species of Basidiomycotina, including several edible species. (Z)- and (E)-1,3-octadiene could play a role in the fruity note of Cantharellus cibarius and Hydnum repandum.
