Abstract
This article retrieves the author’s contribution at the CIPPT9, which took place in Paris during the month of October 2017. It attempts to recall the importance of the relation between clinical practice and research in psychodynamics of work, from the point of view of his experience as a researcher in the context of an organization and in cooperation with the occupational healthcare services from the Occitania region in France.
