Abstract
The Research group on local administration (“GRALE”) awarded Lisa Passavant-Guion its thesis prize for her following work: “Financing regional policies. Moving from autonomy to budgetary constraints: the Alsace, Limousin, Nord-Pas-de-Calais cases”. We have requested the author to write an article depicting the way she resorts to political science methods applied to public finances.
