This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the relative efficacy of currently available intranasal corticosteroids compared to that of currently available oral antihistamines in adults and children for both seasonal and/or perennial allergic rhinitis, in terms of total and individual nasal and ocular symptoms.
