Résumé

The human oncogenic protein p13 is coded by the gene M T C P I which is expressed on mature prolymphocytic leukemias. We investigate its 3D structure using 2D homonuclear NMR. The main secondary structure elements found in p l3MTCPI are antiparallel 13-sheets which fold in an eight-stranded orthogonal B-barrel.
