Résumé

Charadriiformes genome sequence chromosomal Yellow-legged Gull Larus michahellis
We present a genome assembly from a female specimen of (Yellow-legged Gull; Chordata; Aves; Charadriiformes; Laridae). The genome sequence has a total length of 1,405.56 megabases. Most of the assembly (90.55%) is scaffolded into 35 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the W and Z sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 16.79 kilobases in length.
