L'annee 2015 est marquee par des affaires soulevant des questions nouvelles, a l'instar de celle du retrait du statut de refugie au regard du droit a la liberte et la surete (Lanigan) ou de la question de la conformite aux droits fondamentaux de l'action internationale de l'Union (Front Polisario). Elle est aussi marquee par des arrets importants a propos de la protection des donnees a caractere personnel (Schrems), du droit de vote aux elections europeennes (Delvigne), de la place des travailleurs handicapes dans le monde du travail (Fenoll) ou encore du principe de non-discrimination (CHEZ Razpredelenie Bulgaria AD) et de la conception parfois surprenante que peut avoir la Cour de justice de ce principe (Leger). La Charte des droits fondamentaux permet ainsi tout a la fois de confirmer des standards de protection et d'en definir de nouveaux.//2015 is marked by cases raising new questions, as the consequences of the withdrawal of the refugees status with regard to the right to liberty and security (Lanigan) or the question of the conformity of the international action of the Union with fundamental rights (Front Polisario).
