Abstract
This note reports the presence of Thamiocolus imperialis (Schultze, 1895) (Coleoptera, Curculionidae, Ceutorhynchinae) in the Mercantour National Park. This is the first report of this rare and localized species for the fauna of France. The specimens were collected on Lamium garganicum L. (Lamiaceae)
