The meeting of July 1, 2011 has enabled eight faculty members belonging to three different disciplines - the language sciences, psychology/cognitive sciences and computer science - to discuss their ongoing studies, conducted on the concept of "assistance" in training facilities in higher education. The results of this day reveal common research issues, convergent scientific methodologies and specific types of assistance, but also a common scientific position.
