Résumé
In the present article, a synthesis of N- and O-protected Alafosfaline was described. The expected C-phosphonopeptide was obtained by using a very efficient reactionnal way in good yield starting from 2-dialkylphosphonopropanoic acid. Analyses of intermediates and adducts were performed and involved the use of techniques such as Infra Red and NMR H-1, C-13 or P-31 spectroscopies, thin layer chromatography [1].
