Abstract
Bispecific antibodies have revolutionized the therapeutic management of patients with hematological malignancies. Their original structure, co-targeting a receptor expressed on tumor cells and the other located on T lymphocytes, Natural Killer cells or macrophages, ensures cell bridging, leading to activation of the immune system to eliminate tumor cells. Eight bispecific antibodies have been approved for the treatment of hematological malignancies, while one is in regulatory reviews and seven in clinical phases II or III.
