We report here the synthesis of 3,7-disubstituted perhydro-1,4-diazepine-2,5-diones from amino acids and β-amino acids using a backbone amide linker (BAL) as a cis-configuration inductor. We have optimized each steps of the synthesis on solid support using Mimotopes crowns. Graphic
