Abstract
Viewed from the CNRS standpoint, a Thematic School is intended to provide training of different kinds of staff, ranging from engineers, to PhD students and to confirmed researchers, on a particular topics of the present time. After a first edition organized in July 2018 related to the ageing and reliability of dielectric materials and related structures [1], the topics of this second edition was the multiscale modelling of dielectric materials.
