Inorganic chemistry

The catalytic activity of several organometallic derivatives of polyoxometalates, especially those [M4O16{M'(h6-arene)}4] (M = Mo, W; M' = Ru, Os), was evaluated in the racemization of secondary alcohols. A link between composition, fluxionality and catalytic activity was established.
