Résumé
The complexity of the legal framework for cooperatives stems from the multiplicity of external and internal legal sources as well as the vagueness of certain cooperative norms (principles, uses, etc.). The most ambitious path for simplifying it would consist of harmonizing, codifying and centralizing cooperative rules. The most realistic path would be to simplify inside cooperatives. This could concentrate on better identifying, centralizing and defining the applicable rules.
