Abstract
This article explains the conditions for depositing one’s specimens in one of the Occitanian herbariums recognised by the Index herbariorum. In particular, it specifies, through numerous examples, how to prepare the plants ideally (mounting), how to provide the necessary associated data (labels, computer data, field photos). The aim is to enable the fastest possible integration into the collections and to make the data accessible to everyone on the Internet.
