Résumé
The recent economical, ecological, and social crises remind us of the numerous challenges everyone and particularly managers have to face nowadays. As a matter of fact, the latter are top of businesses whose impact on their environment is far from being negligible. This article deals then with the fundamental question of the training of managers, a question too often eluded. Even if Business Schools are open to courses in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable Development (SD), we argue here that the content of such courses are too vague. That is why we plead for the development of ethics teaching. This course of great importance should be based on mindfulness and most of all on how our representations influence our vision of the world.
