Résumé
Performing gynecological or obstetric surgery is susceptible to lead to early or late complications. Medical imaging plays a key role in the diagnostic approach in case of suspected postoperative complication. The imaging modality and its protocol must be guided by the clinical hypothesis. The aim of this article is to describe the most common complications that may occur after gynecological or obstetric surgery, based on two frequent procedures: laparoscopic hysterectomy and cesarean section.
