Abstract
Since the end of the nineties, Languedoc-Roussillon (France) and Catalonia (Spain), two regions sharing the same frontier, are concerned by an aqueduct project. The perspective of this new politicy has to deal with those two States' tradition of water management. While in France the projet was weakly politicized, in Spain it became an issue not only between the centre and the peripheries, but also between peripheries.
