Résumé
For the first time a phosphorothioate oligoribonucleotide, namely PS-C
14, has been synthesized on solid support. This modified oligomer is more resistant to enzymatic degradation than the corresponding rC
14 and binds to complementary RNA strands.
The phosphorothioate cytidylate, PS-rC
14 has been synthesized. This non natural oligoribonucleotide is more resistant to enzymatic degradation than the natural one and binds to a complementary RNA strand.
