Comorbidity between anxiodepressed pathologies and pain is the difficulties faced by clinicians who are often poor to propose effective therapy. To identify the mechanisms between these diseases, modeling in animals is necessary. Social defeat protocols which induce "anxio-depressive" type symptoms are perfect to identify the complexity of this relationship among animals.
