Résumé
Allylation reactions, often used as a key step forconstructing complex molecules and drug candidates, typically rely ontransition-metal (TM) catalysts. Even though TM-free radicalallylations have been developed using allyl-stannanes, -sulfides, -silanes or -sulfones, much less procedures have been reported usingsimple and commercially available allyl halides, that are used for thepreparation of the before-mentioned allyl derivatives. Here, wepresent a straightforward photocatalytic protocol for thedecarboxylative allylation of oxime esters using allyl bromidederivatives under metal-free and mild conditions. This methodologyyields a diverse variety of functionalized molecules including severalpharmaceutically relevant molecules.
