Abstract
The collection of anamnesis data is fundamental in allergology, especially in cases of suspected allergy to hymenoptera venom. The various clinical symptoms and their chronology must be systematically collected in the medical files. Whether there is a locoregional reaction, a systemic anaphylactic reaction or organ damage, the subsequent therapeutic attitude will be different. These semiological elements make it possible to decide whether or not an immunotherapy is indicated and whether emergency medications should be prescribed.
