Abstract
This study focuses on the systematic analysis of 110 specialized educators’ memoirs supported between 2013 and 2015 in a Regional Institute of Training for Social Workers. Crossed qualitative and quantitative methods show several key criteria specific to social workers’ memoirs: interdisciplinarity, diversity and cross-‐cutting approaches of clinical practices in social work, bibliographic resources... But also recurring pitfalls, such as the lack of reference to social risk factors for social issues, or the low level of representation of inclusive practices. These observations structure a discussion on contemporary training issues in social work in France
