Cette analyse du syndicalisme par produit vise à mieux comprendre l'articulation entre des formes de défense d'intérêts spécifiques et les organisations professionnelles à vocation générale. La compréhension de la genèse et du développement de ces formes particulières d'organisations professionnelles, notamment en lien avec l'élaboration des politiques agricoles, doit amener à mieux comprendre les mécanismes de représentation et de défense des intérêts au sein du milieu agricole français.
