Abstract
The physical and sports activities are more and more highlighted in the Association of French Paralyzed People. However, this development is taking place within an organization which seemed a priori relatively far from these concerns. Their arrival thus questions the way they are going to be welcomed, both by the " beneficiaries " and the " promoters " of the association. By revealing differences of beliefs, physical and sport activities rush the institution and its actors; but this comparative look also helps enhance the reflections and the practices developed within the association.
