Abstract
This article proposes a sociology of the postcolonial anti-racist space by returning to the strategic divergences that cross it. Based on the cases of the Mouvement de l’Immigration et des Banlieues and the Parti des Indigènes de la République, the study of modes of action and uses of the colonial reference reveals how competitive relations and militant careers steers the structuration of anti-racist movements.
