Abstract
Traditionally it is considered that physicians are obliged to two types of obligations, combining science and conscience. In respect of the acquired data of science, must add respect for the medical humanism. The lack of information and the absence of research consent are thus punished on the field of lack of humanism. The recent case law shows that a notable evolution is emerging on these issues.
