Development theories from after the second world war are considered today as a part of human development. Three periods can be focused upon. The first one, human context, appears as a secondary issue. During the seventies, economic crisis induced a systematic research to push down wages and working conditions. However, from the beginning of the nineties, human development is considered an important element for economic growth.
