Abstract
Hardware security is becoming increasingly important for many embedded systems applications ranging from small RFID tag to satellites orbiting the earth. While secure applications such as public services, communication, control and healthcare kept growing in the last decade, hardware devices that implement cryptography functions became the Achille's heel of the overall security of such applications.
