Résumé

bioconjugation carbonic anhydrase enzyme inhibition multivalency
Multivalent inhibitors of carbonic anhydrases: Oxime and hydrazone click‐type bioconjugation techniques were successfully used for the preparation of tetravalent (cyclo)peptide conjugates tethered with sulfonamide Carbonic Anhydrase (CA) inhibitors. These multivalent systems act as effective CA inhibitors with multivalent effects occurring specifically on human CA isoform II. More information can be found in the Full Paper by S. Ulrich, J.‐Y. Winum et al. on page 6788 ff.
