Abstract
COVID crisis has revealed the extreme vulnerability of organizations in a context of radical uncertainty, regard to Knight. The problem will therefore be the management in the unknown and, from this point of view, the paradigms underlying management control, based on a model of rationality, must give way to a pragmatist vision. In the face of the health crisis, the question that arose was that of a management control guaranteeing the control of the organization in a situation of radical uncertainty, ensuring both the flexibility and resilience of the organization, in the face of shocks of the unknown.
