Résumé

What's already known about this topic? Approximately two‐third of spontaneous IUFD cases occurs within 1 week after laser. The sudden hemodynamic redistribution due to anastomose coagulation could lead to early IUFD. In 2016, Eschbach demonstrated that abnormal donor umbilical artery pattern and recipient ductus venosus a‐wave were predictors of single IUFD within 1 week after laser. What does this study add? We have shown that Doppler and echocardiography findings were associated with IUFD within 1 week after laser.
