Résumé
This article proposes an innovative and original analysis of the legal market using the concept of an entrepreneurial sub-ecosystem applied to the Ile-de-France context. In a sector undergoing profound transformation, particularly as a result of artificial intelligence, this research aims to understand the extent to which this sub-ecosystem encourages the emergence and pursuit of innovative projects by legal entrepreneurs. This exploratory study is based on semi-structured interviews with founders of legal start-ups (Legaltech). This initial study also highlights the main dynamics at work, while identifying the strengths and weaknesses of a sub-ecosystem that is still in its infancy.
L’article propose une analyse innovante et originale du marché du droit en mobilisant le concept de sous-écosystème entrepreneurial appliqué au contexte francilien. Dans un secteur en profonde transformation, notamment sous l’effet de l’intelligence artificielle, cette recherche vise à comprendre dans quelle mesure ce sous-écosystème favorise l’émergence et la poursuite de projets innovants portés par les entrepreneurs du droit. À visée exploratoire, l’étude repose notamment sur des entretiens semi-directifs conduits auprès de fondateurs de start-up du droit (Legaltech). Cette première étude permet également de mettre en évidence les principales dynamiques à l’œuvre, tout en identifiant les forces et les faiblesses d’un sous-écosystème encore jeune.
