Abstract
The fruit-tree sector has trouble adapting to climate change. Impacts of climate change are beginning to be visible and are liable to lead to production anomalies and a modification of regional specificities in the near future. Efforts to give our professionals relevant information and advice have been pursued and intensified over the past two years, in order to retrace and analyse orchard phenological trends linked to global warming. A model of flowering has been developed based on probable scenarios in order to evaluate changes foreseeable in the medium term. Among the agronomic consequences of phenological changes already under way (earlier flowering seasons) or foreseeable in the future, changes in the risk of Spring frost were investigated
