Abstract
Repairing self-esteem is a well-known support objective for social workers. But how to achieve it given the diversity and complexity of user journeys? This article proposes a work grid articulating various theoretical concepts in order to offer a method that takes into account the reality on the ground. Very attached to ethical support, this method requires at each stage a co-construction of the repair process, so as to support the user in his ability to situate himself in his environment and overcome his interactional limits with it.
