Abstract
The secondary school neo-teachers were appointed in September 2010 without prior professional training. Respondents, struggling with a variety of contexts, evoke a “crisis time” to appropriate institutional orders, deal with classes, integrate a school and training. The obstacles along the path query the continuum between initial and continuing education. They inform on potential levers that can facilitate the construction of teacher professionalism and emergence of professional identity.
