Résumé

Angiotensin receptor Ca 2+-activated Cl current Cardiac Ca channels Endothelin receptor mRNA microinjected oocytes Rat heart
Functional endothelin and angiotensin receptors have been expressed in Xenopus oocyte following the microinjection of rat heart mRNA. Under voltage clamp conditions, application of these peptides clearly induced oscillatory Ca 2+-activated chloride currents in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, no direct modulation of expressed or native cardiac Ca channels was observed.
