Abstract
The DOCaMEx project focused on developing an innovative Informatic tool making it possible to collect,structure and gather knowledge and expertise concerning cheese in a sector or a company. Theconsortium, which gathered 20 technical and scientific partners, divided methodologies and Informatictools allowing a structuring of knowledge usable as a consultation in the form of tools helping withtechnological reasoning or as continuous internal training. After 4 years of development, this tool is nowforming an amaizing computer system for the capitalization and transmission of business skills. Theproject was completed at the end of 2020 and a closing seminar took place on September 10th, 2021(video content1). The partners are now working on the implementation of this system to all the players ofthe French dairy industry.
